MacBook Black 2008 - battery not charging!

    Hi All,

    I got a new battery, but I'm still getting 'battery is not charging'!!!

    Any suggestions?? Btw it's out of warranty :(

    any chance you spilled liquid on it at any stage? it's a very common area to be fried

    have you updated the software recently ?

    I seem to remember there was an update for the firmware in relation to new a/c adaptors and batteries.
