Level 6 > 7

Hi every I have a question. So to get a FETAC level 5 you study for one year. For a level 6 you study for one more year. So lets say I did a level 5 and 6. Could I go on to say an I.T. and for a single year thus giving me a level 7? Thats how im seeing it please correct me if im missing the mark :D
