hey gang i am living in germany now and moved into a new place, where there is a cable coming from the roof off a sat dish. my landlord said that all i need is a sat receiver to pick up the stations. i dont have a tv, but i have a lovely 22' tft monitor with a vga input. i am wondering if there is a sat receiver available…

hey gang

i am wondering if there is a sat receiver available with a 3.5mm audio ouput & a a standard blue vga output, that will allow me to hook it up to my hifi and my tft monitor?

if they are available, are they about the same price as a standard receiver?

is a sat receiver a sat receiver, or is there more information i need to get from my landlord before rushing into buying one that might not work!?
