People talking during a film at the cinema

Anyone here find this annoying? A group of kids were chatting 2 rows behind me during a screeing of The Green Lantern yesterday. 2 of the staff came in and told them to be quiet, and a couple left the film before this.

I find a large Snickers bar to the face usually solves this problem.

Why didn't you stand up, turn round, and shout at them to be quiet?

Tbh i notice this more during the off time i go during the day. You have kids and young teenagers going wild. A swift STFU normally sorts it out.

honestly ya gotta loudly tell them to STFU. They ignorantly assume that nobody can hear them or cares they're talking unless someone complains. It sucks that you have to take matters into your own hands, and paying for the privilege to do it, but it's how it is.

Really can't understand people paying to see a film and then talking through it. what's the point? just ruining it for others. Went to see Senna today and there were three little knackers in the back row messing for about hour before the people next to them gave out. they ended up leaving
