Paypal 1.50 fee?

Hey I'm trying to purchase a t shirt and I have to use paypal as a guest. I heard there is a €1.50 fee for using paypal? well the thing is I didnt know this and now, I'm just a measly few cent short, like 5 cents so its not working. Is there anyway of getting around this?

make an account on paypal its quick and free
theres no 1.50 fee for using paypal , they take €1 when u add a credit card ,
and €1.50 if you click to verify it , when u verify it you get the €1.50 back
