Medtronic Psychometric Tests

    Hi,

    I have made it to the psychometric test stage of Medtronic's recruitment process. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what tests I would have to do and if it is possible to practice for them.

    It would be good to be prepared going in as job opportunities like this are hard to get nowadays! The role I am going for is a graduate engineer. Thank you.

    There are plenty of other similar ones online. You be looking for free online psychometric tests and aptitude tests to practice. Myhorizon does one for your profile but you have to pay for it once signed up for it. The SHL are free practice tests. Another one would be the gradIreland careers report. Its free so. Maybe look up specific psychometric tests for your industry. Mechanical reasoning, logical reasoning and numerical would be the prime type of psychometric tests you be aiming for.

    I also am about to sit a psychometric test in Medtronic. Could you please tell me about your experience, what I should look forward to and if i should do any prior prep? The position I applied for was a QA Engineering Intern!

    How did the psychometric test go? I have one coming up soon and was wondering is it difficult? What type of questions were asked etc. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
