What defines a "good game" ?

My friend and I have debated for almost an hour over which computer game is better, lemmings or zelda 2. For the most part, we were catagorizing each game and comparing the genres/themes etc etc.

As long as it went on, we could not agree. We have realised the question that truly faces us is: what defines a good game?

Since we couldn't answer the question ourselves, I present it to you, after hours, at 3:35am on a friday night.

    Go!

And the answer is Bruce Forsyth.

Brucey is the answer to most things.

My definition of a good game is a game that doesnt lead to me hopping the controller off the wall and roaring "Stupid fcuking game".

A good game is one where you do end up throwing the control off the wall, and then you go back to it and play it again. And you keep going back, until you are 7 hours and much coffee in and you finally complete that bastarding final level.

They dont make games like that anymore. They are too easy these days.

    /nostalgic moment
