Berlingo van horn

Was asked to look at a berlingo van which failed the D.O.E. on a non working horn.

It's really odd, because when the ignition is on, it won't work yet when it's off and the key is out it will!

Any suggestions before I hard-wire it directly??

They are hardly two relays controlling it I wonder? The first being a 5 pin relay? Why they would do that I dont know. The 5 pin could be switched between two circuits depending if the ignition is on or off? I could be well off the mark though:pac: Row another user here is experienced with French stuff so he may be able to help.

I have exactly the same problem with my 03 Berlingo van and was wondering if there is a solution to the problem. My mechanic cant figure it out....
