USB HDD problem

    there is probably a simple way to fix this i've just never had the problem before:

    I bought i new 2TB external usb HDD the other day, i tried to format it to FAT32 (so i can use it for media storage for my xbox360) using a program called Swiss knife after i used this program the drives total space is now 356GB and if i try to format it again it keeps saying it is only 356GB does anyone know how to or wht program will get me back to my 2TB HDD size?
