Ok the bigger prices have now been taken but still @ 5-1 in the win market represents a decent wager for anyone not on already. They look to be the class act and with Faye and Nolan? added they have purchased PL quality. Big Sam is also a great addition. Parker will prob go and Ba is gone along with the Hammer but they still have a squad better than all the other teams. With the Olympic Stadium in sight they will put everything into getting back into the PL this year and could be a step above everyone else. Back them now before they get even shorter.

Really don't think there's much value there at all tbh. Championship is one of the hardest to predict antepost imo. Plus it's incredibly difficult for teams that have went down to go straight back up. Only happened about twice in the last 8 years that a relegated team won it. There's nearly always a few surprise teams.

Edit:Nolan isz a great accusition though but he won't make up for losing Parker.

That makes it a 4-1 chance

Actually seen as 3 teams go down it makes it a 12-1 chance with your reasoning:p

    I think

Personally I think the value has gone now that it’s into 5’s and 4’s in places. We have a great chance but everyone knows how tough the league can be. The key here though is that it’s imperative that we go straight back up due to the commitment to the Olympic Stadium. As such the two Daves have put in another 20-30 million to keep the club going and fund new purchases. I’d expect Parker to leave but there’s been nothing concrete yet. Green will stay I reckon. We’re getting rid of a lot of the deadwood and are planning on getting another 4 or 5 new players in. The names doing the rounds are quite impressive to be honest. I honestly think we’ll go straight back up as we’ve finally got the right manager but 5 or under to win the league is too short in my book. Good luck though, if you win I’ll be a very happy man.

Well actually you are both wrong, going on Warpers assumption the correct odds would be 3/1 and using yesno's which is the correct formula the odds should be 11/1, that said 8 years is a tiny sample and has little or no influence on the outcome of this years championship.

I think they'll definately go up imo, just don't know whether they have enough to win it. McClaren is a very good manager IMO and is perfect for forrest at this point.

Fancy Forest too. Decent manager at the helm and if they go a bit better on the road this year they'll be laughing

I'm a hopeful Leeds fan myself, but think Leicester ,who have made a few signings already ,plus erikson and plenty of money are looking strong.

Going to interesting this year McClaren is a brilliant manager and should be in the Premiership. Won an FA Cup and done well abroad, the English job came too early for him. For me i think West Ham 6/4 to go up is money in the bank. But im not going to lash into a 6/4 so they are gone into a season long accum.
