PSN password problem

So i had my password saved automatically on my ps3 but my mistake when signing in i unticked save password so now I cannot log in as I cannot remember what my password is. Dont have access to my email address that my psn account is linked with so cant use their password retrieval that sends a link to your email account. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm guessing you're going to have to e-mail Sony or ring them and explain the situation. As far as they are concerned you could be anybody trying to access that account, seeing as you don't know the password OR have access to your old e-mail address. Were there security/secret questions to answer when you signed up for the first time? If there was, and you know them, you're sorted. I can't remember if there were questions, It was a long time ago when i signed up to PSN.

If you don't want to contact them, you could try enabling your old e-mail address. If you can remember your old e-mail address but forgot the password, there is a way to retrieve it via an alternative e-mail address and sometimes it can be texted to you. Depends who you were with. Soon as you get your old e-mail details sorted you can then retrieve your PSN password as you have stated above. Good luck with it.

Thanks for reply. I tried retrieving the email account but I couldnt. I didnt have enough information about the email account. I answered security questions,date of birth etc but they wanted to know who was last person i sent an email too and i rarely used it so i dont have a clue. The psn.com website is shocking for trying to find contact details. Cant find any contact numbers on it
