The Herald has a headline today 'Worker suing pet shop after bird disease left her disabled' Forgive me, but isn't that to object of the case, to determine if the shop was in any way responsible? Should they be trying the determine the outcome at this point? Anyone know if it's a jury case?

Forgive me, but isn't that to object of the case, to determine if the shop was in any way responsible? Should they be trying the determine the outcome at this point?

Anyone know if it's a jury case?
