Roster for deerhunting lease

Has anyone any experience or ever been on a lease where a roster system was used? Ive never bothered before as everyone knew everyone and there was never any clashes but Im thinking about setting up some kind of a system partly for the management of the deer to control overshooting this year. Any ideas on how to set one up or am I wasting my time and better off seeing how it goes?

Lease I'm involved with in wicklow doesnt have a roster as such but there are some guys that can only shoot wends and some that can shoot weekdays so it's kinda split that way by itself, nothing set in stone !!

Steyr I wouldn't worry too much about a roster if you know the others on the lease,it's the poachers that i'd worry about that don't care about rosters,what i'm trying to say is don't mke too many rules for your selves when there's no rules for the poachers.

Is that the poachers from within your lease

Theres no poachers i my leases, they're all a good bunch of lads. Its the **** outside the group who want free shooting!! Those are the poachers
