Protecting deposits from euro crash

If one wanted to avoid the risk of a euro crash or devaluation, would it be a good idea to transfer some funds into Sterling or US Dollar?

I just have a fear that the euro could devalue ~ 20% overnight if bondholder burning were to start in Greece.

What are peoples thoughts on this idea, is there any safe haven?
