Hi everyone, I have the level 6 Culinary Arts down as my first choice on my CAO :) Could anyone give me information on what the course is like, what timetables and lecturers are like ? Please and Thanks :D

The course is pretty good! I'm going into second year at the moment.. Most days the times are 9 till 1 sometimes you stay a bit longer. All the lecturers are bang on, if youre proper interested in cooking for a living I suggest you try and get some experience in a kitchen over the summer, It would have helped me loads at the start of the course if I had.
