    Hi guys,

I'm looking to set something up in my small back garden. I can't set up a double end speed bag in my house as there would be no room for it.

I was looking into Reflex Bags as it works like a double end speed bag but its free standing so that means I could set up out my back garden.

Do you think it would be of any benefit to me? I want to improve my fighting in general and I thought this might be good for my reflexes,co-ordination and agility.

Here is a link of the bag being used in action :

It is a Cobra relfex bag made by Ringside for about 110 euro.

    All help is appreciated,
    Thanks
