The bearings in the headset and the bottom bracket are shot.
The cranks, like the frame are twenty years old.
The forks are from a Peugeot bike.
The paintwork on the frame is not hectic. There are lots of scratches on it.
Where the frame is carbon coloured, the lacquer is peeling.

I'm still disappointed, that you're trying to sell this frame.
When your brother collected the frame, I asked him, that if the frame was not suitable for you, that you would do the same as I had done and GIVE the frame to somebody, that it might suit.
