waiting on job interview call back

i done an interview early last week and they said they would get back to me by the end of the week. A week has gone by and ive still heard nothing.

i felt i done well in it but like the last few interviews i felt i done well in those but obviously didn't. so no idea where i stand.

has anyone rang people back to see what is the hold up on knowing how you did, if so what did you say??

kinda feel it's a bit rude or pushy to be doing it but really do need to know.

any advice on what to say would be a great help.

if by friday you dont hear anything I think your entitled to call and just say you are following up on the interview last week and would like some feedback. I wouldnt put pressure on them for a response but just asking for feedback is ok and they'll tell you what the status is.

Am in the same situation myself.. have had 3 interviews with this one company over the last 3 weeks and still waiting... good luck with yours OP!

I had an interview and was told I would hear back the following week either way on the job. I had given up hope when 3 weeks later I heard back and was offered a trial. I wouldn't stop looking but you just have to be patient.
