Using the beta style, in Opera, not all of the dropdown is visible when mouse-over-ing the navigation bar. For example, the Sports tab, the dropdown only shows as far as Greyhound Racing. Soc and Rec are also affected.

I've just tested it and it works for me (Opera 11.11 on Windows 7).

Have you tried doing a hard refresh? Or empty your cache?

I'm on 11.11 too, but Xp. cache cleared and refreshed. here's what it looks like for Sports: (attached)

[edit] if I try to scroll down the dropdown disappears

That's very strange looking. There should be multiple columns, but for whatever reason Opera isn't rendering them that way.

Does it change behaviour if you widen your browser window?

Are any of the menus multi-column, or are they all like that?

If I put the browser to fill the screen width, both Soc and Rec work fine! However I like the taskbar at the side of the screen to maximise window height.

Games dropdown still is wrong, even when browser is fullscreen with F11

    Right.

A workaround for the moment would be to use Netbook mode if you have good eyes. Click the cog just under search in the menu to try it out.

Apart from that, we might get around to sorting this at some stage in the future but since we don't really support Opera (it's used by roughly 1% of our audience) and since it doesn't affect all Opera users we can't really treat it as a high priority issue.

Netbook mode seemed to make no difference.
I hear you re Opera, and thats fine, just thought I'd give some feedback !

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
