Hey! I am looking for a person that is interested in a 4 month lease. Looking to rent a single room from the 1st of September to the 31st of December 2011. It’s a four bedroom house with one toilet (House is not owner occupied). The house includes cable television, broadband, washing machine, dryer, microwave and central heating. It is located on College Road, less than 5 minutes walk from University College Cork. The house is currently occupied by three third year students and we are hoping to find a female room mate if possible. The rent is €380 per month, which works out at €95 per week. This does not include bills. Please write if you are interested
