Another noob here.
I have the above about 5 months now. was Working fine. But I've noticed in the last few weeks that its really slowing down. The screen won't respond to touch or I recieve a msg/email and the phone appears to switch itself off (except it hasn't- its just dark screen) I leave it for a minute and it comes good again. The battery life (although poor anyway) is truly awful now. It tells me after an hour that the phone is 100% charged (from empty)..
It has had a few knocks (dropped out of my pocket- kids playing with it etc) But nothing major. Is there anything I can do to speed it up or revive it?
