I am in the process of having a bad experience with excess-baggage.com.

Very poor customer communication, don't reply to emails or return calls. Nothing will happen until you call them.

Boxes not picked up when they said, just called them to see why shipment is delayed, and they say one box is lost, they never called me to tell me that, it was only when I called to see what's going on.

Very poor service.
Seems other people have had a good experience, but I have been dealing with them over the last 6 months for my stuff and have had nothing but negative results.
