Myhab apparently gone into insolvency, had booked for Oxegen

I had booked one of these for Oxegen, its an alternative to camping

Their phone line is closed and just has a recorded message to send all queries to their email address.

Oxegen have released this statement

I have contacted my credit card, its an 02 money card so im not sure if that complicates things, and they said to wait to hear what myhab says, who i have emailed twice since last night.

I have also contacted the Consumer Agency who just gave me general advice and to wait to see.

Anyone else on here been affected by this? or anyone with knowledge of insolvency, what are the chances of being refunded?

Thanks. Yes I had already checked their website and it just mentions about Glastonbury and nothing else. Hopefully hear something from them soon though.

my bank said the same thing, the one thing that did assure me was they felt that i would get the money back but it could take a while.

i had them booked for the electric picnic.
