Good GAA/sports site

Trying to update my clubs GAA site which I have based on joomla. I have no problems with the technical side, but the design side has me stumped. I do something then convince myself it does not look great. Any good (really good) GAA/sports sites that I can get ideas from? Cheers

There are few nice looking (mostly rugby) club sites powered by Sotic.
