    Hi

Could someone recommend a good training plan to get from being able to complete a 10K to build up to a half marathon.

Anything I can seem to find is either starting off to easy or too hard for me.

Hoping to run half marathon in mid to late September and am currently doing a few sprint triathlons, the last of which will probably be the Dublin City Triathlon at the end of August.

    Thanks

Well Hal Higdon would seem to be a good choice, starts at 3 miles and builds up to 10 miles in 12 weeks.

There's a couple of different levels from Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Walkers. So you might find one that suits you there.
