Not so much see as hear. A lot of wild nocturnal animals seem to come into our back garden at night, so if I'm sitting out on the roof smoking, I can hear all sorts of strange animal noises that I don't hear during the day.

Ah ill swap yeh? Were I live night time is when the scangers slide out fom under there stones, and sreech around in cars, light fires and have the bbuuuuuuzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I feel sympathy for you. We used to live in the city, and while I miss it sometimes, the peacefulness of the countryside is very, very nice.

Joggers. i did try it once myself, but it wrecked my sleep pattern for 3 days.

Watched the train channel. When I lived in Holland, there was a channel that showed what was recorded everything from a camera positioned at the front part of a train. Watched that.... for hours. Do you lot have that stuff in Ireland?

Nope. Don't have that recording of a fire lighting like the Germans have either.

For the first half hour it's not too bad but after that it gets a bit same-y.

I could make several... I could give some other people stuff to watch at nighttime...

- paint drying

- dropping a drop of red ink in a large pitcher of watter, and see how much it takes for the water to become red

- flowers blooming

OH, and we have the street monitoring cameras! You can see exactly what 's going on at the main avenues of this city.

YouTube would have a few virtual fireplaces alright. Not sure they'd have the one used by that channel though.

Don't actually see them but the sound cats mating is really creepy. Sounds a bit like screaming and the first time I heard it I was terrified!

I once saw somebody jogging on the spot by the side of a dark road wearing an illuminous vest. It was really strange because it was nearly pitch dark there. She was standing kind of in the corner by the wall of a house. She stayed there after I walked pass. Odd
