Swing question

    Hi,
Been golfing reguarly for about 2 years now, and enjoying it immensely. Not trying to over analyse my swing, but there is one aspect of my swing that I'd like some help/advice on. I can't seem to get a nice comfortable 90 degree forearm/shaft angle on my back swing. It strains my lower body when I try, and throws me off balance. Does anyone have tips, or know of practice aids that would help me develop a better, more repeatable swing.

At what point are you losing your balance - near the top of your swing or beforehands? If you put a club across your shoulders and turn 90 degrees (full shoulder turn) do you also lose your balance?

Try This . You definitley shouldn't be losing your balance at any point in a golf swing.

Thanks for the replies. I'm losing my balance as I reach the top of my back swing, and as I follow through I'm totally off balance. I'll try the drill that was suggested.
