Keep these dresses or say Goodbye?

Hi! I've been cleaning out my wardrobe and found some dresses that I haven't worn in a while and that I've forgotten that I had. I'm not sure whether to keep them or get rid....

Are they hideously out of fashion or just not nice? There's not much point in them taking up space in my wardrobe (which is pretty small!!) if I'm not going to wear them again!

Sorry about the weird pics, at home on my own with the camera balanced on a pile of books using the self timer! :o:o

    1) Pink/Black One shoulder dress:

    2) Blue Lace:

    3) Black/Silver dress

    4) Green Dress

So what should I do? :D

If you don't want the green one, I'll have it ;)

I cleaned out my wardrobe recently because I was moving into a smaller place; anything I hadn't worn in 12 months went to charity. There were one or two pieces I couldn't part with, but usually if I was unsure about something it went to SVP. It's a ood way of clearing out :)

I personally like the blue lace one too! I think you just have to ask yourself if you can realistically see yourself wearing them again - like where would you wear them? And with what?
I clear out my wardrobe now and again as it's very small too, but also to fund future purchases with sales on ebay! I tend to sort my clothes into piles of wear all the time, want to wear, not sure etc If the clothes that were in my not sure pile the last time I looked at my wardrobe still haven't been worn I fling them up on ebay!
Oh and the green dress is completely see-through so you might need something for under that if you do decide to keep it!

Keep the blue lace one and the black and silver one, I love them! I think the first one is a little dated or something, but love the other two!

Definitely keep the blue lace! Lace trend and colour blocking trend in one! :) Wouldn't be too mad about the others but that's just based on what I'd wear myself.

The blue lace one and the last dress are gorgeous, I think you will get plenty of wear out of them. I hate throwing clothes out. If I have something I wont wear I give it to my sister but otherwise I always keep them. I wore a dress yesterday I bought over a year ago and only wore once. I suppose the problem is finding enough space.

blue = timeless. Green, no real harm, indoors with beer . the others - ugh.

You MUST keep the blue lace one! It's so pretty.
I also like the black and silver one.
I don't really like the other two, sorry :o

Anything you don't want, list it on eBay if you can, maybe wait until they have free listings though :)

I think the green one would be really nice if you removed the butterfly and wore it as a tunic rather than a dress, personally i'd wear it with leggings/black biker boots and waistcoat or black jacket and a nice silver chain for a little bit of a rocker look!

I think the black and silver one is lovely - could definitely still wear that going out!:)

I got the blue lace one in November 2009 to wear to a Christmas party! I got it in a shop called Industria which is now closed down. I haven't worn it in AGES because I felt it was too old to wear! Maybe I'll venture out in it again since everyone seems to like it. I got new nude heels in Dorothy Perkins maybe it would go well with them!

Green dress is pretty old too...wore it out on nights out and then with leggings to more casual events a few times. It's not really very see through, the flash on my camera is very bright! Checked older pics not taken so close and its not as bad as that pic...phew!!!:o:o Wearing a white bra for that pic didn't help either!

Got the silver and black one in Jane Norman on sale well over a year ago...sometimes I like it...Sometimes I hate it!

And that pink and black one...got it just before Christmas!! Wore it to a UV party once and then I hated it.. Might give it to my 15 year old sister since that's the one nobody liked!!!! Giving dresses to her is my way of saying Goodbye cause they'll be destroyed in fake tan after an outing to a teenage disco!! :D

Yeah I've gone off the black and silver one this morning, but I know if it was me I'd keep it because it'd be perfect for a Christmas night out to a club or something, but I'm a sucker for shiny/sparkly things at Christmas so any excuse:p

I think they're all nice except number 3.

Contrary to a lot of the posts here I think number 1 is gorgeous, number 2 as everyone has said is beautiful. Number 4 is nice but not as nice as 1 and 2.

The blue lace one is gorgeous :).. Definitley keep it!
I really like the black and silver one as well. It's really pretty :)

I am  (shocked) you guys like the blue! I don`t think it could suits anyone with white skin at all, looks weird to me - actually flinched when I saw that one!

I would bin the lot - woohoo new dresses needed!

    ^^^ You're a hard, hard woman :p

I love the black and silver!!

The pink wouldn't be my cup of tea at all, far too neon, and the green I honestly wear as a top rather than a dress, just pull the hem up so its a bit more gathered and loose around the waist. You've a gorgeous figure but the blue is a bit tight on you, I can imagine you pulling the hem down all night, slim as you are, but maybe its just the angle. Beautiful colour though.

I like the blue lace and the green...the black and silver is okay too.

Id definately get rid of the others. When Im unsure about whether Ill wear something or not again, I always pop it up on adverts.ie or ebay once theyre in good nick (like a lot of girls Ive an awful habit of buying something wearing it once and never touching it again). When someone offers you a few quid for something its a lot easier to say goodbye to it, and it frees up some room for other new things!

Everyone loves the blue! I really don't like it - must be because it reminds of the 80s... lace and colour blocking are on trend though.

The green is very see through? I have something vaguely similar I wear with leggings and biker-inspired boots as mentioned above.

I'd like the black and pink if it wasn't so dated- it just screams 2009 to me.

I love the first one I think it looks fab on you!

I am not a fan of the blue not my style at all im afraid. I do like lace I am just not much into blue and that length and style

The third one while its not my style it reminds me of lipsy a lot I think its one you could potentially wear again.

The last one I'd agree with Tayla if you are going to keep it take the butterfly off and wear as a tunic or with a belt to change it up.

I have to say, I'm in love with the blue one too! My finger is now hovering over the purchase button for the similar one on the French Connection website! :)

I don't like no. 1 on the hanger, but it looks fab on you! Still though, it is a little bit teenagery or something.

No. 2 - the blue lace - is quite nice. Worth holding onto, I think. Sort of sexy but demure at the same time! :)

No. 3 is really cute I think, and a handy one to keep on standby for any night out!

I really don't like no. 4 at all!
