Will I ever finish the funny pics thread?

Serious question. I started at the start and am on page 175ish.

There's over 1,000 pages.

Should I just give up? Am I nuts? Should I take a week off work to jump ahead a little? Should I start paying 69 cents a day to go online on my phone while in work in order to make some progress on it?

There's a lot of repeats so far, maybe jumping ahead would be a good idea. But then I'll miss out on all the topical jokes from stuff that happened in the last few months of 2010.

I just realised that there's been 900 pages odd posted since September 2010. That's a bit nuts.

I don't like giving up on stuff.

Work your way through, there's a ferocious amount of tedious scrolling but it's always worth it when you can find that one picture in 10 pages that makes you lose control of bladder function.

At this rate it should take me about 9 weeks to get through it.

It'd be way handier if someone saved all the pictures for me and I just had to flick through them in Windows Pictures viewer....*sigh*.

Personally, I'd just go through archives of "Cyanide and Happiness" or "XKCD" and save meself from the memes it's plastered with.

Rage comics are great but the ones that are posted up that say 'heres my first attempt' or 'heres one I made' usually aren't

I used to look through ylyl while in statistics lectures in college. The fact that i knew i couldnt laugh out loud made everything 10 times funnier. I remember several occasions where i had to hide under the desk because i was laughing so much.
