    Need some help here please.

On the 26th of March, I ordered an item from JD sports and to this day, it still hasn't arrived.
I have ordered from the site before, using the exact same billing/postage address with no problems!

I got no notification from An Post that I had missed an order, or anything of the likes.
I've contacted JD Sports and they give me nothing but automated emails, such as:
    Thank you for your e-mail.

Your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 26th May 2011.

As we send out international orders from Britain with our national postal service Royal Mail, your order isn’t tracked as it leaves us and is passed onto their choice of courier in your country in an effort to keep international delivery costs down to a minimum.

We do advise that international shipments normally take a minimum of 7 working day for the order to be received. Unfortunately, on some occasion the orders encounter delays within the postal system.

A delay of your parcel, taking it over the 7 working days could occur during this stage due to anything from weather conditions at any point of the journey, broken down delivery vans, parcels arriving at incorrect sorting depots or delayed international flights.

We appreciate you understanding and patience and we are confident that you will receive your order shortly.

    Kind regards.
    Chris

I've also contacted An Post and they keep telling me it's probably delayed/need proof it was sent/need tracking order.

It's been over a month and I'm very frustrated now.
    What can I do?

You need to get in touch with JD Sports - there's a UK customer service number on their website. It might be possible to ring that via Skype.

Otherwise, you could ring their store in Dublin, and ask to be put through to Customer Service, or else ask for a number that you can ring.
