    Hey guys,

Just got a call inviting me to do a phone interview for Stryker for a position on the Supply Chain Grad Programme. Anyone do one for them before? If so, any advice?

Would really like to do well in this, so any advice at all would be greatly appreciated :)

    All the Best,

    Acapella

I have only had one phone interview & i was being interviewed before i knew what was happening  plus they rang me on a Saturday!!
it was fine though, i just answered the questions as they came up.... i preferred the phone interview because as i was caught unaware and therefore i was honest, straightforward & confident :)
I got the job! I dont know how i would have been if i had time to prepare. Having said that, i had some previous research done on the company so i was able to answer everything they asked.

    Best of Luck! ;)

i did a phone interview recently enough with stryker. the job was advertised via a recruitment agency so the agent prepped me on the interview.

for me anyway the phone interview consisted of a bit about my work experience and edcuation and then a psychometric sections. i was dealing with a lady from hr so there was nothing technical.

for the psychometric section be confident. they are looking for the top % of people. if you are asked do you work harder than your colleagues, say yes and give an example. if you are asked do you ever play the devils advocate, say yes and give an example. if you are asked do you take a lead role in meetings, say among people with a similar or lower experience i would but with more senior people i listen to their experience.

just noticed your interview has probably already happened so i hope it went well.
