Macbook Pro to TV

    Anyone know how to connect a Macbook Pro to TV have heard this cant be done with this model but just wondering if its in anyway possible

    Its just a standard model MacBook Pro

    when did you buy it?
    click the apple logo up the top left, click about this mac. Then click more info. System profiler will open. On the left make sure hardware up the very top is selected. On the right, tell us what it says beside model identifier, including the numbers.

    Once your tv has the right connection, you can get an adapter for your MBP to connect it to the tv. It's just a matter of figuring out which adapter you need.

    This time last year it says Mac Book Pro 7.1

    3 x HDMI, Scart and the usual coloured connections (whatever they are called)

    I bought a mini display port to HDMI connector on ebay, then a standard double end HDMI lead. Works perfect!
