    hi all,

Are tickets for the Ireland vs France game in the Aviva in August still only available through the clubs or the IRFU supporters club at the moment?

I ordered my Connacht season ticket last week, saw something about membership to the Connacht supporters club being included but I'm guessing that won't get me any closer to being able to buy a ticket for the Aviva game will it?

I dont really want to shell out 50 euro for the IRFU supporters club as I'm unlikely to be going to any of more expensive games later in the year or the 6N next year (not willing to pay 70 quid for a game).

You can just buy it here no need to be part of supporters club or clubs or anything

If you know the seat numbers you can find your seats on the ticketmaster website seat plan ;)

If you know your seat numbers now then go to ticketmaster site as if you want to buy tickets and you can see where you got tickets for

Working fine for me, I just bought 2 off the site now and I was able to pick them, though I did have an issue where it seemed to be loading forever another time before.

hmmmm, it just keeps trying to load and load........but never gets anywhere :(

Wonder would it be anything to do with the computer settings, like java or something?

You could always go into ticketmaster outlet or library to do it. Seems to be alot of tickets left still for the France game , the English game is nearly a sell out though.

Got my tickets for the France game today. Bit disappointed, right down at the corner, probably past the try line even :(

If there is a knack to getting a decent ticket from the IRFU then I definitely don't have it anyway.....

These tickets have been on sale for at least 2 or 3 MONTHS...
Need to be more on the ball next time ;)

There is, its by going on Ticketmaster and actually picking the seats yourself on the seating map

I ordered them about 6 weeks ago - ok, not as soon as they went on sale but still.

There were no side tickets available to pick on ticketmaster.ie, in fact I don't think there were any lower stand tickets available on either side on ticketmaster when I looked, hence I went back to the IRFU site.

Is the Ireland vs France game sold out yet I wonder? Sure I'll just have to make the most of it - and move if there are better seats available on the day.

    From IrishRugby.ie
Tickets are selling fast for the GUINNESS Summer Series home games against France and England in August.

Less than 250 family packages remain for sale for the France game with all family packages now sold out for the visit of England to the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, August 27.

So far ticket sales are have reached over 30,000 for the August 20 meeting with France and ticket sales for the England game have exceeded the 40,000 mark.

Anyone else get the Guinness BBQ deal on Facebook. It's kinda two fingers to those who bought their tickets early but for €30 last weekend you could get a €40 ticket to the France game with a free hotdog and a free Guinness/Beer/Soft Drink.

Never saw that. I did see that there only 1500 sets let for the France game though and the England match is a sell out. Glad I pick the England game to go to.
