laptop style slim blu-ray drive recommendations

    Im looking to put one of these into my HTPC.

    is there anything to look-out for? Do they come with software for playing Blu-Rays?

    Any recommendations?

    Most of them come with PowerDVD or similar software, it should say so in the product description.

    Note that Bluray encryption is constantly updated and most of the playback software requires you to do a (paid) update every few years because they stop updating the keys on the older versions.
