    Shannon Aerospace has had something of a troubled history although it seems to be on an even keel nowadays.
    It demands serious flexibility from staff - from staff taking leave in quiet times to staff working extra hours at peak times , flexibility is the key to the company winning contracts in what is now a very competitive business.
