Got Freesat for 2 rooms so €500 installed and no bills every another €160 on the Licence. Think some people spend well over the 100 yo yo's a month on it, hardy worth it for few hours in the evening?

Saying that though, listening to the American commentators yesterday for Rory McIlroy's win was kinda sickening.

As we do, they took credit on anything from Jack Nicklaus having a word with him a few weeks ago after The Masters loss and there was even a bit of begrudgery when it was confirmed he won it.

So it's not only an Irish condition!

i knew a fella who made money out of not paying his tv licence

    wouldn't pay his fine

    went to jail

the inmates pranked him by removing the mattress on top bunk bed

he then successfully sued the state for back injury

and never had a licence since

    go figure

Not often you hear interference in the bed area in prison described as a "prank" :pac:
