Was wondering if a 50hp tractor would be strong enough to operate a 70 inch rotavator? Ground isnt that heavy.

Since this clearly isn't for Helpdesk, I'm hoping Farming and Forestry can provide more appropriate advice.

There used to be an old rule of thumb for rotovating: A Hp per inch.
I dunno how it stacks though, I've never been under power with a rotovator.

    Hello Billy36

Take tomdeere's advice. 50HP will do the job. No reason why it shouldn't.
