I had a voucher for €4 off with a well known taxi company cab2000, used the taxi company over weekend. Taxi company would not honour the voucher, saying the voucher had expired, there is no expiry date on voucher.

Rang cab2000, twice a manager was to ring me back, despite a follow up call, this has not happened yet

    Who I complain to :
    Taxi Regulator
    or other consumer agency

    Thanks

Neither, the voucher could be withdrawn at any time and they most likely have it covered under terms and conditions, I'd take to Joe, nobody else will help :D.

Not accepting a voucher is not overcharging.

as an ex cab 2000 driver the director anthony kelly made the vouchers null and void without any notice to consumers or drivers.
