Post on the main page of this forum is my advice if you want replies.

Check out their facebook page. Its a good up and coming club. just drop them a mail.

Other options for you are to cycle with swords cc (as i do) and run with raheny.

    Hi Karl,

We are a new club that started late 2009 and we now have just under 100 members, we train nearly all year round (probably 1 month off when season is finished, but the training/ coaching will be still offered) and we have a coach that coaches our Run sessions and swim sessions every week and cycling every 2nd weekend.
we have 4 club sessions a week (monday cycling, Wednesday running, Saturday cycling, swimming either Tuesday evening/Friday morning). we are also starting workshops and info days/evenings

let me know if you need any more info :)
