associating devise in marketplace

    How do I get Android market place to show what device I have? I signed in with my Google account but Marketplace tells me that I have to sign in with another account as mine has no device registered to it.

    Stupid question, but are you signed in with the same account on your phone as on your computer? And do you have sync enabled on your phone?

    This happened to me twice after flashing a rom onto my desire, both times I emailed google about it, got a stock answer, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes from when I received the answer. The first time I only waited a few hours before emailing them so I assumed it was a coincidence, but the second time I waited a few days, still wasnt working, sent google an email got a response about an hour later and it was working.

    Hmmm strange. I was going to the marketplace via the internet app and that's where I hit a brick wall. However, when I used the actual app on the phone it worked fine. One hurdle down, a few more to go!

    Same thing happened to me, go to android.market.com then My market account in the top right, then click on dont see your device, and then contact and fill out the form
