Funded research MSc in Computing. (re: Multimedia Learning).

    Enquiries are sought for students to undertake a MSc in Computer Science by research at WIT. The focus is on investigating the application of Richard Mayers Cognitive Multimedia Learning Theory in a sports domain through the use of iPod and associated technologies. The aim is to specialise in sport activities with a definite strategic focus on learning. Eg. Basketball Plays.The course is suitable for graduates with a computer science background and a keen interest in sports. However it may also be attractive to graduates with traditional Sports or Educational qualifications, and relevant computing experience, who wish to explore the potential of Multimedia Learning Theory. This is a funded offer ( Course fees ) and students will also be provided with individual iPad2 units. Two places available.
