    Hi all,

I am new to this board, so please forgive any etiquette errors that I may make.

I have a product that I have in a working prototype stage and I am just looking for information and contacts on how to go about Copyrighting, Patents and Trade Marks here in Ireland.
I simply don't know where to start, and thought that maybe some of the combined wisdom of Boards may be able to help me.

Thanks in advance. Once I have some protection under my belt, it would be nice to find a forum to share a little more of what I have.

Maybe contact someone in Enterprise Ireland? They would have good experience of patents and how to get them.

Thanks, I do have a list of a few contacts, but somehow I had overlooked Enterprise Ireland. Cheers.

Talk to the guys in the Patents Office in Kilkenny - they're really helpful and should be able to set you on the right track

I have had some dealings with Cruickshank’s and find Richard very helpful
