    Hi,

I have my E&Y partner interview tomorrow after getting past the 1st interview and the assessment and I was just wondering what to expect from this interview.

Will they be reexamining my results as well as asking more questions or will the just be asking me why i want to work for them and why i'll fit and and why I want to be in taxation.

I would appreciate any insight into this interview process.

    Thanks

Thanks. It just made it sound like they just want to ask the basic why do want to work here and make sure you're a good fit for the place.

I'd absolutely love to get the job so trying to be as prepared as possible.

Hopefully the interviews have not changed significantly since the post was made!

    Hi,

There's a good few of these threads, but if they don't answer specific questions fire away.

    Good luck

Also, you could report back your experiences post interview.

When I did it it was more informal than the 1st interview, the interviewer did more talkin than me explaining about the firm.. The questions were mainly based on on what areas I was interested in and where I'd like to work. He also had the 1st interviwers notes in front of him so beware of that. I don't remember it been to stressfull just a few questions about my skillset and how it would be suited to audit. Oh and one awful question about ethics that kinda stumped me.

It'll mainly be just to check if you fit in with the "pod" that you'll be going into.
Think back to any interview questions you felt you did not answer well cause you'll be asked them again just to give you a second chance.
Mainly it's just a personality thing to see if you'll fit in well.
    Best of luck.
