FFVII on PSP?

I've seen a few videos of FFVII playing on the PSP. Would they have bought it/downloaded it legitimately? I know it's in the PSN store on the PS3.

I used to have a PSP (traded it in a while ago) but I'm off traveling in a few months for a year and I'd love to have FFVII for all those long flights and train journeys. The Vita won't be out before I leave and I'll desperately need something. Can anyone help?

Nope, not Crisis Core, the original FFVII. I actually had CC on my old PSP.

If I download FFVII on my PS3 from PSN can I play it on my PSP?

Yup, just connect the psp to the playstation with the same cable for the controllers, select FFVII on the playstation and press triangle and then hit the copy button, done! FFVII on psp, which is awesome for toilet time also :D

Absolutely amazing, cheers! Now to figure out which PSP to buy: 3000 or Go. I saw a limited edition FF Dissidia Console which looks amazing but it's from Hong Kong (damn).

If you like final fantasy, don't get the go otherwise you can't play crisis core.

    enjoy!

The PSP is the best console available for JRPGs right now. You don't even have to buy the games through the PS3 - you can just buy them through the PSP's online store and download them directly to the machine. You'd be best advised to create a PSN account with any USA adress and buy the US PSN cards online to add funds to your account. There's more choice of RPGs that way and it works out much cheaper.

I'd recommend you don't get the PSP Go. The 3000 does everything the PSP Go does but also plays UMDs which means you can play lots of cheap older UMD games that aren't tied to the rape time prices of the PSN store and also play games that aren't available on the store like Crisis Core and Kingdom Hearts. And if you do want to play games from the store then the PSP 3000 will do that as well.

I'll go with the 3000 then. Kingdom Hearts looks quite good! FFVII, Everybody's Golf and Kingdom Hearts for a years travel....sorted. And when I get the Vita will be out a while so there should be a ton of AAA games by then. (unless I buy it when I'm away :)

What is the going rate for a 3000 nowadays, second-hand?

I've rang every Game, Gamestop etc to see if they have it, Gamestop are usually good for limited edition games etc.
