so what do people think will the Sindo, Times etc reduce their price by 10cent to 2.60 on the 3/7/2011?
cant see the daily mail or those priced at a euro reducing their price by 4 cent to 96cent?

irish times and indo down to 1.85 today (actual vat decreased price should be just under 1.83...
daily mail no change... an nice extra 4.5% profit margin for the oirish daily mail.
the sun and mirror down to 95c.. actual vat decreased price would be 96cent.
the star down to 1.35... actual vat decreased price would be just under 1.35.

Irish times on a sat was 2.20 now 2.15 actual rate should change is 2.112 like wise with the Indo on Sat.

Weekdays they were 1.90 now 1.85 actual rate change is 1.824.

Do you think they should have dropped more in price?
    Personally I think so.

But I would Rather that they were €2 from monday to saturday!!

    Opinions?

The Irish Daily Mail was only 50c on Friday, that would make up for any discrepancies.

No, that would be a promotion, not a price decrease

the inside cover of the mail on saturday gave a long speech about why they are not reducing the price.. quality, keeping jobs in ireland, young paper and cost of printing paper has increased by over 20%...value for money etc... they also said the paper had not had a price increase in over 3 years.. the indo and times etc have had price increases..
