Aw you poor thing. Have you good pals at work? Can you go and grab one of them and go out for a coffee and a chat? A problem shared and all that. Not long 'til home time now and you will feel better after a big hug, a nice bath, some chocolate and an early night x

Don't mean to offend but could it be something to do with hormones? Maybe pregnancy or a change of pill? If not though and you're truely unhappy where you work and it's been going on for ages and nothing can fix it then I'd leave. Life's too short to be that unhappy. I know jobs are scarce but hopefully you'll pick something up. Anyway make sure you have a nice bath this evening, pamper yourself and have a nice evening in. Hope you feel better soon xx

Here comes a man to spoil the party. I don't mean to sound harsh. Sure in the short term, go home, have your chocolate and bath etc. to cheer yourself up but you've got to get a grip. In the current economic climate I would suggest staying put whilst looking for a new job and just trying to keep your chin up. Crying in the office won't help anyone, it can be tough dealing with your emotions and all but a lot of people hate their jobs, crying about that isn't really something people do...it's just part of life.

Yeah a lot of people do hate their jobs but seeing it's such a huge part of your life what's the point if you hate it?! Like I said life's too short! If she can manage without it then why not! I know I'd prefer to be happy and poor than depressed and rich! And coincidentally I am happy and poor!

A few years ago I got a job that I hated. Was working alongside an utter cow. One day it got too much and I broke down crying as well and I walked out of the job. Initially I felt exhilarated because I was outta there but then I found it pretty hard to get another job. If I ever got as far as interviews, interviewers wanted to know why I wasn't working :( So while in hindsight I am glad that I walked out of that job, it's not something I'd recommend. Bills still had to be paid, the biggest one being my car loan. I'd suggest to the OP that she try her damndest to find another job. She's got an advantage over other jobseekers in that she is working at the moment.
