    Lancia Flaminia

It's in Wexford apparently and driving apparently.

Could anyone hazard a guess how much a good body restore ( hole in foot well, new sills roof repair and respray original colour would cost ? )

Does anyone know an experienced bodywork specialist who would be in that area or willing to accompany me to have a look and estimate ?

    Thanks

Alex Hynes near Boolavogue did the bodywork on my Lancia. I know of this Flaminia. One thing I can tell you, is that it will not be cheap. I can pass on his details if you wish to PM me.

Wonder how much he's looking for.

3500 stg was the reserve - I know a clean one of these are asking 15k in the UK, you could easily spend that here.

I've owned a Lancia before and cried all the tears I thought I would cry over one, yet something still draws me towards this - whats the definition of insanity again ?

I would have endless amounts of time for those Lancias, lovely V6 engine and very well made.
The Flaminia Touring Coupe will always be my favourite.

I don't know about sellers car restoration talents but he can write a good humoured article on the car, worth reading the advert on ebay

Wonderful cars, but I think it would be far cheaper to buy a more expensive one.
