I picked up a flyer of byebyetvbills today in a shop. Noticed they had listed as channels "stream sports channels 1, 2, 3 and 4" - they also list those channels on their website here

    So what are these?
is this a dreambox steaming pay tv channels or something?

It sounds like a cheap FTA Sports channel. Can't seem to find much by Googling it either.

BBC Red Button streams on 28.2E, 12441 V 27500, probably.

They list the Fight Network I see. Does their FTA system reach Canada? Fight Network has been closed down in this part of the world for a while now.

Those BBC streams are not sport channels either. Next weekend they will be showing Glastonbury for example.

All the channels listed (and it's not a very good or up to date list) are everything that's free to air from the satellites located at 28 degrees east, so it will be a free to air satellite receiver for those, nothing special or different, they also list RTE etc which if you look under their 'services' they offer, satellite, aerial, or combined packages, presumably RTE etc would come from the latter two. like I said nothing special or different.

This crowd were putting flyers in every Country shop, Petrol station and Bookie office here in Co Wexford last year.
What they didn't realise is that they were charging €295 for a basic Free to Air system and the Local Installers were charging €199 for the same.

€295 euro for a free to air system is a total rip off.

Yep, pretty sure that's what they're referring to.
