How can I find out how much bandwidth a program is using?

Hi all I want to know exactly how much megabytes Skype uses. I use a mobile internet dongle and I want to keep an eye on those precious megabytes. Is there a program out there that enables me to monitor it?

It should show the data usage of the session on the 3G modem software you installed. Just connect and use nothing else but skype, then check how much data was used during that time.
