If someone has student visa.He is running a newsagent for one and half
year of course this is break the immigration law.

now he wants to apply the Business Permission for himself to extend the stay.
These are the questions:
1 How likely he can get this visa.
2 Can he apply for two person himself and his wife or apply one person easier.
3 Any solicitor your recommend.
4 Because he already set up the Business would the visa offices have the excuse to say 'you break the law first we can not give you Business Permission'.
